• Usage and chat data: the questions you ask the AI assistant, its answers, and how you use the site. We use this to run the Service, improve it and understand which features matter.
• Technical data: log information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which we use to keep the Service secure and reliable.

We do not ask for, and you should not share, payment card or sportsbook account details in chat.

• Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms against forgery.
• Preferences such as your light or dark theme are stored in your browser.
• Analytics may use cookies to measure how the site is used.

7. Age restriction

Bettors.ai is only for people aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep account information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.
