Welcome to Bettors.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bettors.ai website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Bettors.ai provides sports analytics and research: we track picks published by third-party betting analysts, grade them against official results, and offer an AI assistant that answers questions about that data. The Service is for information and entertainment only. We do not accept wagers, and nothing on the Service is financial, legal or betting advice. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, and old enough to bet legally where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with the gambling laws that apply to you. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

3. Personal, non-commercial use

The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use it in connection with any commercial endeavor without our written permission.

4. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. Please keep the information you give us accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for using a password you do not use elsewhere, and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Free trial and future paid plans

New accounts include a limited number of free AI chat messages. We may introduce paid plans for additional use. If we do, the price, billing cycle and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay, and you will never be charged without choosing a paid plan.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, graphics, logos, software and compiled data, belongs to Bettors.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Analyst videos and channel names belong to their respective owners; we link to them and summarise publicly posted picks for research and commentary.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including a Bettors.ai team member, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Scrape, copy, republish or redistribute content from the Service, including AI answers or member-only analysis, on any public platform or for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Interfere with, probe or attempt to disrupt the Service or its security.

8. AI-generated content

Answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important against the underlying data before you rely on it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bettors.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including lost profits, wagering losses, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Privacy

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell you about material changes through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
